AM Shift
| Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | $17/hour + bonuses
PM Shift
| Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $19/hour + bonuses
Introduction We're hiring Outbound Call Center Representatives PM to join our team in Myrtle Beach, SC. Required Qualifications
Energetic and outgoing personality with a strong customer service mindset
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to attendance
Comfortable working in a structured, goal-driven environment
Open to feedback and eager to learn and improve
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus
Must be 18 years of age or older
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Place outbound calls to guests interested in planning vacations
Guide customers through selecting destinations, booking dates, and finalizing reservations
Process payments and confirm all booking details accurately
Provide helpful recommendations and address guest questions or concerns
Develop product and destination knowledge to better assist customers
Use effective sales techniques to create urgency and drive bookings
Consistently deliver friendly, engaging service
Participate in coaching and development activities to improve performance
Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
