Generate traffic and convert leads
Drive occupancy during a lease-up phase
Support a property turnaround effort
Represent the community with energy and professionalism
You won’t just be leasing apartments — you’ll be helping rebuild a brand and reintroduce a refreshed community to the market.
Key Responsibilities Leasing & Sales
Greet prospects and deliver compelling community tours
Follow up with leads and close leases effectively
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly leasing goals
Lease-Up Execution
Support aggressive marketing and outreach initiatives
Maintain accurate availability and pricing knowledge
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Customer Experience
Provide exceptional service from first inquiry to move-in
Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents
Support resident retention initiatives
Operational Support
Assist with administrative tasks and reporting
Ensure model units and tour paths are always presentation-ready
Support the team during renovation-related transitions
Qualifications
Multifamily leasing experience required
Experience in turnaround and/or lease-up environments preferred
Strong closing and sales skills
