WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU As a Customer Service Representative you are the first point of contact when the customer calls into the office, becoming the voice of our company! You will provide superb customer service, help keep our office running smoothly, answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, enter purchase orders, and process invoices. You will also help with various office tasks, including keeping the office clean and organized.
Customer service experience and experience in the Plumbing and HVAC fields is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
Strong computer skills
Flexible availability on weekdays and weekends
Ability to work in our office
Shift availability (Shift 4):
6–10 PM M-F and Sat. & Sun 9 AM–5 PM
