Position Summary We are seeking a Property Manager to lead a lease‑up in the Madison market. This is a great opportunity to join an experienced team and manage a new property.
Responsibilities
Lead the lease‑up process and manage a high‑end property in the Madison market.
Provide direct management oversight for the property.
Maximize NOI and asset value on behalf of the property.
Manage property operations, maintenance, and tenant relations.
Support the maintenance staff.
Handle accounts payable, collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study.
3‑5 years of residential property experience.
Experience managing a lease‑up is required.
Strong Microsoft Office, financial reporting and executive‑level communication skills.
Experience using Yardi or a similar property management software is preferred.
