Overview

Peabody Properties, Inc. seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee an apartment community in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will effectively oversee all property operations, direct site office and maintenance staff, ensure compliance with the LIHTC program, maintain optimal occupancy, manage skilled staff, prepare budgets, monitor compliance within budget constraints, and oversee resident certification/recertification processes. Requirements

Knowledgeable with affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, federally‑assisted, and all state and local housing regulations. Time‑management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Solid administrative, organizational, computer, marketing, and resident‑relations skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self‑motivated with the initiative to take action. Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 5 years related property management and supervisory experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge of OneSite is a plus. LIHTC recertification experience required. Compensation & Benefits

Peabody Properties offers $65,000–$75,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, 401(k), STD, life insurance, Employee Assistance Program, paid time off, paid holidays, paid training, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, employee referral bonuses, and flex spending.
