Job Description With safety and ethics at the core of everything we do, our experienced professionals are hard at work on commercial and industrial sites throughout the Midwest.
The Position
Lead a tight-knit crew to keep things moving safely and efficiently.
Manage production, schedules, and daily operations.
Operate and oversee crushers, screens, loaders, trucks, and mobile equipment.
Handle maintenance needs, coordinate repairs, and keep equipment up to spec.
Enforce safety practices and work site standards.
Communicate clearly with crew, managers, and contractors.
Pitch in when needed – welding, inspections, cleanup, you name it.
Requirements
Solid experience in mining operations (foreman or lead role preferred).
Good with communication and coordinating crews.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Willingness to join the union if you're not already a member.
Comfortable with early mornings, outdoor work, and changing conditions.
A strong work ethic and a knack for problem‑solving.
