Global Public Relations Manager

Halara, Los Angeles, CA, United States

Are you a storytelling enthusiast with a pulse on North American pop culture? Halara is looking for a dynamic

Global PR Manager

to spearhead our brand narrative in the North American market. You won’t just be managing PR; you’ll be crafting the voice of a brand that’s redefining athleisure. From high-profile media pitches to viral brand collaborations, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Halara’s presence and building a community that resonates with our core values.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Narrative Architect:

Lead the development and localized execution of PR & communication strategies for North America. Define key messaging that elevates brand heat and drives long-term brand equity.

End-to-End Campaign Mastery:

Own the PR lifecycle—from high-energy product launches and designer collaborations to impactful CSR initiatives. Ensure every touchpoint is culturally resonant, legally sound, and quintessentially "Halara."

Media Relationship Powerhouse:

Proactively build and nurture a "gold‑standard" network of top-tier fashion, lifestyle, and business media. You’ll be the primary point of contact for high‑profile press, managing everything from exclusive interviews to rapid‑response media inquiries.

Content & Storytelling Excellence:

Draft and polish compelling brand stories press kits, and executive bios. You have a knack for turning technical product features (like our signature fabrics) into lifestyle stories that editors want to cover.

Data-Driven Optimization:

Don’t just report—analyze. Track media impressions, SOV (Share of Voice), search lift, and sentiment analysis to calculate ROI and pivot strategies for maximum impact.

Reputation Guardian:

Stay ahead of the curve by identifying potential PR risks and navigating crisis communications with agility and composure.

Qualifications

Experience:

2–5 years of proven success in PR or Brand Communications. If you’ve worked in

Athleisure, Fashion, DTC, or FMCG , we want to talk to you.

Media Savvy:

Deep familiarity with the North American media landscape (digital, print, and broadcast). Having an existing "little black book" of editors and stylists is a massive plus.

Communication Pro:

Exceptional writing skills with the ability to toggle between professional press releases and trendy, consumer-facing narratives.

Growth Mindset:

You thrive in a fast-paced, "move fast and break things" environment. You are results-oriented, highly organized, and obsessed with detail.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

Impact:

Your work directly influences how millions of customers perceive our brand.

Innovation:

We blend data science with fashion—giving you a unique toolkit to tell better stories.

Global Vision:

Work with a diverse, international team dedicated to making high-quality athleisure accessible to everyone.
