As an E‑Commerce Specialist, you should have a comprehensive understanding of how digital media works and experience with building, executing, and managing products on e‑commerce platforms. You should have experience working on multiple accounts at once, putting together performance reports, and working collaboratively with a variety of Account Managers, Strategists, and Specialists on the team. You should have a strong attention to detail and an eager willingness to learn from some of the best in the business. You will lead and assist with quality assurance, maintenance, and optimization on multiple accounts in collaboration with our team. Being able to meet tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects is a must for this position. We are growing fast, and this is a great opportunity to help build and set a strategy for our eCommerce brands. Responsibilities
Influence the creative direction of product listings through performance insights and best practices Manage new listing creation and strategy Develop, execute, and manage multiple product listings Manage and track the execution of A+ content for product listings Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Noibu to identify, prioritize, and resolve site errors or friction points in the customer journey Monitor product listing brokenness and any other listing issues that may arise Manage all notices and possible product enhancements for products Manage all listing quality suggestions and updates by the marketing and product teams Report on performance and progress to internal stakeholders Maintain visibility and drive project timelines within Asana and JIRA, ensuring seamless communication between creative, technical, and marketing teams Support the management of the brand master catalog data points Support the Marketing team on ad‑hoc projects related to, but not limited to, product listings and promotions Manage website search and discovery A/B Test product content to determine conversion wins Requirements
3+ years of experience in managing product listings in an e-commerce platform Hands‑on Shopify or similar platform experience with customizing themes, installing, and managing apps Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (nice to have) Website development, Computer programming, automated testing, and Quality Assurance or AI experience is a strong plus A foundational understanding of NetSuite or similar ERP systems Basic understanding of SEO best practices Comfortable using Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions, etc. Thorough understanding of product listing best practices, including but not limited to: New listing creation and troubleshooting Experience using and pulling insights from Experience with structured imports for listing creation and updates (e.g. csv imports) Self-starter with the ability to stay well‑organized in a fast‑paced, team environment Ability to multitask and juggle a variety of priorities at once Ability to work independently but also collaboratively as part of a team with other strategists, account managers, and subject matter experts Qualifications
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills Self‑starter who can take the reins and learn in a fast‑paced environment Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask Website URLs
