Public Relations Senior Account Executive
IDR is seeking a Public Relations Senior Account Executive to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, TX. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of accounts within the public relations and communications industry. Position Overview
- Lead key accounts and oversee a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients across multiple industries
- Develop and execute integrated PR campaigns that deliver measurable results
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to craft compelling narratives and press materials
- Mentor and guide junior team members to achieve team objectives
- Participate in new business development and client acquisition efforts
Qualifications
- 4‑5 years of PR or communications experience, including prior agency experience
- Experience leading 7‑8 client accounts at once
- Proven ability to plan and strategize for diverse client needs
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling stories
- Strong relationships with news outlets and earned media channels
