Job Title: Salesforce Administrator with Marketing Cloud Expertise
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid Mode)
Experience: 8 to 12 Years
Employment Type: W2 & 1099 Only (No C2C)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Salesforce Administrator** with an in-depth understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our team in Dallas, TX. This hybrid role requires a seasoned professional who can manage Salesforce platforms, lead Marketing Cloud initiatives, and deliver robust CRM solutions that align with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of Salesforce experience, combining strong administrative skills with advanced marketing automation expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Salesforce Administration: • Oversee daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements of the Salesforce platform. • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, workflows, and permissions. • Configure and optimize Salesforce functionalities including flows, process builders, and dashboards.
2. Marketing Cloud Expertise: • Lead implementation and management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder. • Develop and execute personalized marketing campaigns leveraging AMPscript and SQL. • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better engagement and ROI.
3. System Integration and Data Management: • Manage data flow between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, ensuring accuracy and consistency. • Collaborate with IT teams to implement integrations with third-party applications. • Ensure data hygiene, governance, and security compliance.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
8-12 years of Salesforce experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on Marketing Cloud experience.
Certifications: • Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory). • Marketing Cloud certifications (preferred).
Technical Expertise: • Proficiency in Salesforce tools: workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects. • Advanced knowledge of Marketing Cloud features including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio. • Strong skills in AMPscript, SQL, and data segmentation. • Familiarity with system integrations and API configurations.
