What You’ll Be Doing:
Leasing & Tours: Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, showcase apartment features, and match potential residents with the perfect home.
Sales Process: Qualify prospects, assist with applications, and process background and credit checks to support timely lease signings and move‑ins.
Move‑In Coordination: Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, inspect apartments before move‑in, and ensure all units are in excellent condition.
Customer Service: Respond to resident service requests, answer incoming calls, and provide exceptional support to current and prospective residents.
Daily Operations: Maintain an organized leasing office and ensure all community common areas are clean, inviting, and tour‑ready.
System Management: Use property management software (OneSite or similar) to track leasing traffic, manage availability, and maintain resident data.
What You’ll Bring:
High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Advertising preferred)
At least 1 year of leasing experience required
Familiarity with property management systems like OneSite, MRI, or similar platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to close leases
Solid understanding of property management principles and customer service
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Bilingual in Spanish & English is a plus!
