Visual Designers create simple, bold, unmistakably on-brand work across integrated omnichannel campaigns. You bring passion, precision, and fresh thinking to every assignment. You execute beautifully, push the work forward with clarity and care, and show up as a reliable creative partner across teams. Responsibilities
Creative & Craft Design and execute visual assets for integrated omnichannel campaigns spanning in-store, digital, and print Build mood boards, storyboards, visual explorations, layouts, and design systems that bring ideas to life Elevate ideas through strong typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling Deliver work that’s grounded in the brief, aligned to strategy, and unmistakably on-brand Prep clean, organized, production-ready files with pride in craft Maintain high quality even when timelines are tight Balance multiple projects without dropping the ball Collaboration Partner closely with copywriters to sharpen ideas and make the work smarter, clearer, and more human Collaborate with motion designers and animators to extend ideas across channels Work seamlessly with production designers, producers, and cross-functional partners Show up to brainstorms, critiques, and reviews with ideas—and opinions Contribute positively to a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and high standards Growth & Mindset Stay current on design trends and apply them with intention Seek feedback, take it in stride, and make the work better—fast Stay curious and continue growing your craft and strategic thinking Designer — The Role Designers are strong visual thinkers who execute highly crafted work from established creative direction. You bring energy, curiosity, and care to everything you touch—and you help raise the bar for the overall output of the team. What You’ll Do Execute highly crafted visual design across spaces, places, and platforms Design layouts and visual systems that flex across digital, print, large-format, and small spaces Apply brand guidelines with consistency, clarity, and good taste Partner tightly with copy and motion to solve problems creatively Ensure work is smart, polished, and production-ready Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly Continue building expertise in omnichannel campaign development Qualifications
~5 years of visual design experience (agency experience a plus) A strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in layout, typography, and concept Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline Comfort designing across channels, formats, and scales Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality Additional Information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva LaDifférence”meanswe’rebetter together, and we believe thatour differences make us stronger.
