Continuing along it highly successful growth trajectory, SFFedCU is seeking a **Marketing Coordinator & Executive Assistant to the CEO** for our **Golden Gate** Branch in San Francisco.The **Marketing Coordinator & Executive Assistant to the CEO** is responsible for providing hands-on operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the **Marketing Department and Office of the CEO**. This role supports both the Marketing function (70%) and the Chief Executive Officer (30%). The Marketing Coordinator drives day-to-day campaign execution, brand consistency, vendor coordination, and event logistics. The Executive Assistant component provides high-level calendar management and administrative support to ensure the CEO’s time is optimized and aligned with organizational priorities. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred* 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, executive support, or similar role* Experience supporting senior executives strongly preferred* Exceptional organizational and time management skills* Strong written and verbal communication* High attention to detail (especially proofreading)* Ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines* Professional judgment and discretion* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, marketing platforms, and calendar management tools* Ability to sit or stand for extended periods* Ability to use a computer, phone, and standard office equipment* Ability to work in an office/branch environment with moderate noise levels #J-18808-Ljbffr
