Utility Porter – Pro-Serv Commercial Cleaning
Shift:
Monday/Friday 7:30am-4pm
Hourly Rate:
$19.00‑20.00 DOE

101 Hwy and 56th St
Requirements
You must be 18 years old.
General cleaner experience preferred.
Must be able to speak English.
Pre‑employment criminal background check required.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs (sometimes more).
Job Duties
Scrubbing floors with a side‑by‑side machine.
Using a ride‑on machine to clean floors.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds (sometimes more).
Lots of bending, lifting and carrying items around the building.
Emptying wastebaskets and recyclables and transporting to disposal area.
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors using brooms, mops and manual or backpack vacuum cleaners (some floors may require scrubbing, waxing, and polishing).
Stocking and replenishing supplies.
Cleaning restrooms and breakrooms.
Requires following safety policies and procedures (such as locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).
