This is not a training role. This opportunity is designed for an experienced closer who brings industry relationships and execution capability.
What We Are Looking For (Read Carefully) We are seeking a high-level healthcare staffing business development professional who:
Already has relationships within hospitals, health systems, or workforce procurement programs
Has a proven history of closing direct staffing contracts
Understands MSP, VMS, and vendor onboarding processes
Can independently identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities
Is comfortable working in a performance‑driven environment

Compensation
100% Commission‑Based
