About the Role KITSCH is currently looking for a driven, hungry, and high-potential Amazon PPC Manager to join our Amazon Storefront team. This is an

Entry-Level to Mid-Level position

with a clear path to leadership. You’ll start by learning the ins and outs of Amazon Performance Marketing under direct Mentorship—and evolve into a Key Player overseeing 8-figure annual ad spend and leading a team.

What will be your responsibilities?

Support the daily management of Amazon ad Campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display).

Assist in optimizing Budgets, Bids, and keywords to hit performance targets.

Analyze and Report on KPIs, contributing insights to improve efficiency and scale.

Learn advanced Campaign structures, optimization tactics, and scaling strategies.

Stay on top of Amazon Ads trends and Platform updates.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Operations, and Marketplace teams.

Prepare to take on increasing responsibility—including hiring and managing junior analysts as you grow.

What are we looking for in you?

Experience

1 year of experience in Amazon Ads, eCommerce Marketing, or Digital Media

Required Skills

Excel / Google Sheets

Excited to dig into Performance Data

Deep desire to grow into a high-level Marketing Leader

Desired Skills

Seller Central and Amazon Ads Console

Experience with tools like Helium 10, Perpetua, or Pacvue

About the Offer

Location: US

Type of Contract: Full-Time

Modality: Remote

Competitive Pay: $50.000 – $70.000 (Base Salary, depending on experience)
