We’re looking for a hands‑on
Marketing Manager UK (m/f/d)
to help accelerate growth across the UK and Germany enterprise market. You’ll own regional programs that build qualified pipeline, brand authority, and customer acquisition—while working as part of a highly collaborative, multi‑functional marketing team.
This is a great fit if you love turning strategy into execution, enjoy partnering closely with Sales, and know how to communicate the value of complex, risk‑focused technology to senior enterprise stakeholders.
What can you expect? Demand generation & pipeline growth
Design, execute, and continuously optimize multi‑channel demand generation campaigns for enterprise decision‑makers in procurement, supply chain, sustainability, compliance, and risk (UK & Germany)
Own and contribute to email marketing programs (nurture, ABM, event promotion, lifecycle), partnering with marketing ops and content to drive measurable performance
Lead Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for named UK and German enterprise accounts in tight alignment with Sales and marketing teammates
Support opportunity creation and acceleration with coordinated campaigns, targeted content, and sales enablement assets
Events & campaign execution
Plan and deliver webinars, in‑person and virtual events, and executive briefings tailored to UK and German audiences
Drive event success end‑to‑end: promotion strategy, audience targeting, registration performance, and post‑event follow‑up
Coordinate with internal subject‑matter experts and external vendors to deliver high‑quality, well‑run experiences
Track, measure, and communicate event impact on pipeline and revenue
Content for enterprise audiences
Create and adapt content across formats emails, landing pages, blog posts in English and German
Translate complex or technical topics into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers
Partnerships & ecosystem marketing
Identify and support strategic UK partnerships (technology partners, advisory firms, industry groups, media, etc.)
Contribute to co‑marketing campaigns, joint webinars, and partner‑driven demand generation
What should you bring along? Experience & Domain Focus
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally targeting UK and German enterprise buyers
Experience in SaaS/technology environments and/or domains such as procurement, supply chain, ESG/sustainability, risk, or compliance
Proven ownership of email marketing campaigns with measurable pipeline impact
Hands‑on experience with account‑based marketing (ABM) and close alignment with enterprise sales teams
Experience supporting or managing in‑person and digital events
Technical / Methodological Skills
Comfortable working with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
Experience working with KPIs across pipeline, engagement, and conversion metrics
Ways of Working & Mindset
Team‑oriented and collaborative with a strong bias for execution
Comfortable owning initiatives end‑to‑end while partnering closely with peers
Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Curious and creative, with a willingness to test, learn, and iterate
Strong interest in regulatory, geopolitical, and sustainability trends impacting global supply chains
Communication & Collaboration
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Confident working cross‑functionally with Sales teams and senior stakeholders
Able to clearly position marketing initiatives and drive alignment across functions
