Role Overview
Continuous Improvement Summer Intern at Trinity Rail Maintenance Service located in Cartersville, Georgia. TrinityRail’s mission is to deliver essential goods for the good of all as part of our commitment to operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Assist the CI Manager in creating standard work and Plan A’s for manufacturing processes.
Support manufacturing initiatives focused on improving safety, reducing waste, and enhancing productivity.
Gain hands‑on experience in heavy manufacturing processes and continuous improvement concepts.
Qualifications
Current B.A. candidate from a College or University in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Eagerness and willingness to learn.
