Front Desk Sales Consultant (This Is a Sales Role — Read Before Applying) Massage Heights Ingersoll is hiring a
Front Desk Sales Consultant .
This is
not
a receptionist role. If you don’t like selling, this will not be a good fit.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable
guiding conversations, handling objections, and closing memberships
— both on the phone and in person.
The Reality of the Role (No Sugarcoating)
You will be expected to sell memberships
You will be measured on conversion rates
You will receive coaching and feedback
This is a performance-based role, not an admin position

Compensation
Starting pay: $15/hour
$20 commission per membership sold
Hourly increases based on performance:
18% conversion → $16/hour
25%+ conversion → $17/hour
Strong performers earn $45k–$50k+
Free massage every month
This role rewards people who can convert — not people who just “show up.”
Schedule
20–40 hours per week available
Full-time and part-time options
Evenings and weekends required
Shifts fall within:
Mon–Fri: 9am–9pm
Sat: 9am–7pm
Sun: 10am–6pm
Schedules are predictable and posted in advance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Handling warm inbound inquiries (no cold calls)
Explaining services and memberships clearly and confidently
Guiding guests toward consistent care
Closing memberships and tracking results
Answering phones with confidence and energy
Following sales processes and conversion metrics
Who is a good fit This role is a strong fit if you have experience in:
Restaurant or hospitality service (servers do very well here)
Retail or membership sales
Guest-facing roles where persuasion matters
You should be comfortable:
Talking on the phone
Asking for the sale
Being coached
Being accountable to numbers
Who will NOT be a good fit
Someone looking for a quiet front desk job
Someone who dislikes sales or performance metrics
Someone who wants admin-only responsibilities
Someone uncomfortable with feedback or coaching
