The Position
Senior Apartment Leasing Specialist
- Looking for a great closer to keep our 1800-unit community leased up! This position is a wonderful opportunity to advance your career in Property Management. You will be working with a professional and dynamic team in our new Leasing center focusing on helping people find their dream apartment-home. The right candidate should be computer savvy and a great communicator with sales or market-rent leasing experience. Position offers salary plus commission.
Responsibilities Include
Computer and lead management updating
Meeting and greeting prospects
Answering the telephone
Making appointments
Prospect follow up
Touring prospects
Leasing and closing rentals
Administrative duties
Event planning and execution team member
