Entry-Level Orthopedic Medical Device Sales Associate
in Northern Colorado. If you have a background in Science or have medical sales experience with a hunger to win, this territory-based role is your foot in the door to the medical device industry.
The Impact You’ll Make
Provide In-Surgical Support:
Offer technical expertise and assistance during procedures to ensure successful patient outcomes.
Consult & Educate:
Act as a subject matter expert, educating healthcare providers on product features and clinical applications.
Cultivate Relationships:
Build and maintain trust-based professional partnerships with surgeons, nurses, and OR staff.
Logistics & Management:
Oversee the preparation, delivery, and inventory management of critical surgical instrumentation and implants.
Territory Excellence:
Drive extensively throughout Northern Colorado to respond to urgent case needs.
What You Bring to the Table
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; a background in
Science, Kinesiology, Biology, or Business
is preferred.
Mindset:
A goal-oriented "self-starter" with a resilient work ethic and a professional presence in high-stress environments.
Flexibility:
A commitment to working irregular hours, including early mornings and on-call cases.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and transport instrument sets weighing up to 50 lbs.
Mobility:
A clean driving record and reliable transportation for frequent territory travel.
