Shape your future with the freedom to work where you thrive! Join our client in a hybrid role that fits your life.
Our client is a rapidly growing men's health company focused on innovative treatments for erectile dysfunction and other men's health conditions. As the company expands its commercial organization, they are building a high-performing field sales team to grow relationships with urology clinics and men's health providers across the United States.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a company early in the expansion of its commercial team and play a key role in building market presence in the urology space.
Primary Responsibilities: Our client is seeking Territory Sales Representatives to drive adoption and prescription volume within private urology practices and men's health clinics. This role is highly relationship-driven and focused on business development within physician practices.
Successful candidates will bring experience selling pharmaceuticals to physician practices and a track record of driving prescription volume within relatively short sales cycles (30-60 days). While this is a remote role, representatives will be expected to regularly travel within their territory to meet with urologists, practice managers, and clinic leadership.
Skills & Requirements:
3+ years of pharmaceutical sales (urology preferred) experience selling to physician practices
Proven success driving prescription volume and refill rates
Experience managing 30-60 day consultative sales cycles
Ability to build direct relationships with physicians, practice managers, and medical directors
Experience conducting in-person meetings within a geographic territory
Existing relationships with private urology groups or men's health clinics
Experience selling into cash-pay or specialty clinic environments
Familiarity with practices managing erectile dysfunction and men's health patient populations
Experience working with larger provider organizations such as IDNs, MSOs, or hospital systems (in addition to private practice)
The Research Scientist's responsibilities will be:
Develop and manage relationships with private urology practices and men's health clinics within an assigned territory
Drive prescription volume and patient starts through consultative selling
Educate physicians, practice managers, and clinic staff on our client's products and clinical value
Identify and close new practice partnerships within 30-60 day sales cycles
Maintain consistent in-person engagement with urologists and clinic decision-makers
Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams as the organization scales
Track performance metrics including prescriptions written, refill rates, and ongoing patient volume
Adapt sales strategies based on customer type (private practice, larger physician groups, or health systems)
Success in This Role
Consistently grow prescription volume within their territory
Successfully onboard new urology practices
Build strong physician and clinic relationships
Drive ongoing patient starts and repeat prescriptions
Remote, territory-based role
Travel required to meet with physicians and clinics within the assigned territory (not a heavy road-warrior role)
Compensation:
$140,000 to $150,000 per annum.
