About The Role
We’re hiring a DM Appointment Setter to join our team! We help online coaches scale their business to $10k‑$30k/month using Instagram–and we’re on a mission to raise the standards in the business coaching industry.
If you don’t have appointment‑setting or closing experience selling high‑ticket services, please do not apply for this role. Special consideration will be given to candidates with B2B appointment‑setting or closing experience.

The Role (What You’ll Do)
Run high‑quality DM conversations on Instagram.
Book qualified sales calls and maintain strong (80%+) show rates.
Keep fast response times (speed and accuracy).
Use tools like GoHighLevel, Slack, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Calendly and AI software daily.
Record metrics and communicate progress with the team daily.
Adapt your tone and energy to represent the brand powerfully in every conversation.
Schedule & Availability
Remote, full‑time (40+ hrs/week)
6–7 days/week between 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Eastern Time
Rotating early/late shifts (must have full availability within that window)
Compensation
Commissions: 5% of calls that book and close
OTE: $3K - $10K/month once ramped
Independent contractor role
Must‑Haves
Prior B2B experience in DM setting or high‑ticket phone closing
Excellent written English and confidence communicating in DMs
Strong emotional intelligence (can read tone, adapt, and stay composed under pressure)
Full availability (8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET)
Comfortable using CRMs (GoHighLevel), Slack, Google Suite, etc.
Nice‑to‑Haves
Experience working with high‑ticket coaching offers
Understanding of the online business space (ads, funnels, marketing, and sales)
Familiarity with scaling service or coaching businesses through Instagram
Growth Path Every closer in our company starts as a setter. Once you’re consistently hitting KPIs, you’ll get the opportunity to be evaluated for a transition to closer within 90 days. We believe great closers are built from great setters. People who understand the client journey end‑to‑end.
