Marketing Technology Operations Manager This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA.

Summary This role supports a global retail organization in powering the technology behind how millions of customers discover and engage with digital products and services. The Marketing Technology Operations Manager will shape and scale a modern, privacy-first marketing technology ecosystem that enables personalized, data-driven customer experiences across a global digital storefront.

Our Ideal Candidate

7-10+ years of experience working with marketing technology platforms, data systems, or enterprise integrations

Passion for marketing technology and customer experience innovation with a strong foundation in data architecture and systems design

Proficient in SQL, API integrations, ETL processes, and marketing technology platforms, with strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills

Familiar with cloud platforms, data warehouses, customer data solutions, and privacy-by-design frameworks

Skilled in collaborating with engineering, product, analytics, and business stakeholders across multiple levels

Able to work independently and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and global stakeholder needs

Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

Strategic thinker with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior leaders

Job Description In this role, you will lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of a global marketing technology ecosystem. You'll partner with engineering, product, and analytics teams to design and deliver scalable, integrated solutions that connect platforms, data, and customer journeys. This includes defining and evolving the MarTech roadmap, evaluating emerging technologies, and implementing tools that enhance marketing capabilities and engagement.

You will also design and implement data integrations, ETL pipelines, and API connections to ensure accurate and actionable marketing data. Additionally, you will manage and optimize marketing platforms and vendor solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, operational efficiency, and compliance with privacy and data governance standards - supporting the broader organization's digital growth and customer experience goals.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience

Background in marketing technology, data architecture, enterprise systems integration, or digital marketing operations

Experience supporting or leading enterprise MarTech ecosystems preferred

Technical certifications in cloud, data, or marketing technology platforms are a plus

Additional Requirements

This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $89.55 per hour

This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
