We are seeking dependable and detail-focused Packaging Associates to join our Manufacturing and Packaging team. This role is essential to ensuring that finished products are prepared accurately, safely, and in full compliance with Arizona regulations. Candidates who value precision, accountability, and teamwork will thrive in this structured and well-established production environment.
What You'll Do
Package finished cannabis products accurately and efficiently, including counting, labeling, sealing, and boxing.
Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Perform visual quality checks to ensure product and packaging accuracy.
Communicate discrepancies or concerns to management.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace.
Operate packaging equipment safely.
Prepare materials and workstations to support production workflows.
Follow all company policies and Arizona cannabis regulations.
Handle inventory responsibly and confidentially.
Support other departments as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Packaging or manufacturing experience preferred
Cannabis experience a plus
Reliable and punctual
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 30-50 lbs
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
Comfortable working around cannabis and packaging materials
Requirements
Must be 21+
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass background checks
Ability to obtain and maintain an AZDHS Facility Agent Card
