About the Role As a Proposal Coordinator, you won't just manage documents; you will command the entire process from kickoff to "win", serving as the bridge between Operations, Estimating, and Executive Leadership. What You'll Do
Analyze complex requirements, develop compliance matrices, and manage the bid inbox to ensure every submission is strategically aligned and delivered on time
Lead kickoff meetings
Partner with Operations, Estimating, Contracts and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and hold individuals accountable for critical milestones
Develop polished and compelling final proposals utilizing software tools
Maintain Sales Hub and Smartsheet data and status updates to support executive-level reporting and provide total visibility into the proposal pipeline
Maintain proposal library to streamline future bids while identifying process improvements
What You'll Have
Bachelor's degree welcome but not required
1+ years experience in proposal coordination, project management or strategic administrative support
Prior experience navigating fast-paced environments
Proven track record producing meticulous written work
Exceptional verbal communication skills to build rapport and influence stakeholders

Work is performed in a typical indoor office environment
Flexibility to work different schedules and stay late with little or no notice
Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
Legal Stuff
