Marketing Manager Intern (Paid) — 8 hrs/week (Remote + Weekly Studio Meetup)
Pay: $15/hour
Time commitment: 8 hours per week
Location: Mostly remote. Weekly in-person KPI + strategy session in downtown Westerville (at our marketing location with a full podcast studio available to you).

About RestoreTech 360 RestoreTech 360 supports the property restoration industry (water, fire, and mold mitigation) with training, systems, and tools that help contractors and teams respond faster, work safer, and reduce damage when disasters hit homes and businesses. The societal impact is real: when an event happens, the speed and quality of service can protect families’ health, prevent long‑term mold exposure, and reduce financial hardship for property owners—especially during times of widespread need.
The Role This internship is built for someone who wants real decision‑making, modern tools, and hands‑on experience running marketing operations end‑to‑end. You’ll work directly with an experienced Director of Marketing who will provide ongoing guidance, fast feedback, and weekly KPI + strategy sessions.

What You’ll Do Content & Scheduling
Create and schedule social media posts (including scheduling-focused posts and content tied to campaigns)
Support and coordinate podcast interview scheduling (guests, confirmations, calendar holds, reminders)
Email Marketing
Build, schedule, and optimize email campaigns (newsletters, nurture sequences, follow‑ups)
Track deliverability, opens, clicks, replies, and conversions and report insights
Paid Ads & Performance
Help manage paid ad campaigns (testing, monitoring, optimization, budget pacing)
Work from KPIs to improve performance (CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, CAC/CPA)
Metrics, Strategy, and Effectiveness
Monitor content and campaign metrics weekly
Identify what’s working, what’s not, and propose improvements
Participate in weekly KPI reviews and strategy sessions
Lead Pipeline & CRM
Manage inbound lead flow and pipeline movement
Qualify leads using simple criteria (fit, urgency, role, next step)
Use market data and “triggers” (signals and events) to identify prospects and add them into the CRM
What Success Looks Like (First 30–60 Days)
Consistent, on‑brand social + email publishing cadence
Clear weekly reporting on what content/campaigns are producing leads
Faster response time and cleaner organization in the lead pipeline
Stronger qualification and smoother handoff of qualified leads

Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with email tools, social schedulers, or CRMs (HubSpot)
Basic understanding of paid ads (Meta/Google/LinkedIn)
Familiarity with KPI tracking and simple reporting
