We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.
Key Responsibilities
Analyzes adverse action data for policy and legal compliance
Meets established timelines and deadlines for ECOA Regulation
Coordinate with various departments to streamline adverse action policies
Processes and prepare all outgoing mail for each business day
Consistently meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Basic Qualifications
Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Windows and Encompass (Encompass preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Specific Qualifications
Understanding of ECOA Compliance Regulations
Ability to multitask
Ability to process and review high volumes of data, ensuring complete accuracy across various fields
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in computer skills and typing
