What You’ll Do

We are seeking a visionary Technical Director to lead the development and implementation of innovative technical solutions across our diverse portfolio of projects. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining architectural visions, collaborating with clients to clarify project requirements, advocating for the value of well defined architecture, and fostering collaboration to achieve optimal project outcomes.

Here’s how you’ll do it:

  • Win Engagements: Craft architecture and technical approaches in the sales process, eliciting insights, demonstrating expertise, cultivating relationships.
  • Deliver Results: Provide end-to-end technical leadership and supervision for projects, navigating scope, risks, and third parties to ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline; also lead the delivery of technically-focused initial engagements such as code audits and POC phases and identify/integrate nonfunctional requirements into backlog.
  • Oversee Delivery: Provide clarity and vision, identifying technical complexity and analyzing the impact so that you can provide clear direction and recommendations.

We\'d Love to Hear From You If

You have 7+ years of experience in solution architecture and technical design. Are you a hands-on leader who specializes in solution and application architecture? Demonstrate knowledge and experience in full-stack development, cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and the software development lifecycle.

  • You have 7+ years of experience with frontend technologies in Javascript (React/Angular/Vue)
  • You have 7+ years of experience with backend technologies, one of the following: Node.JS, .NET, Java, Python

You have 2+ years of leadership experience in technical teams. You define, inspire, and drive the execution of architectural visions across multiple projects.

You are a force multiplier. You\'re interested in client engagements and all subsequent project discussions. You want to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present a unified and strategic vision for every initiative.

You're using tomorrow's best practices. You stay informed about the latest technology trends and industry standards. You also understand that the best architectural solution is the one that aligns with business objectives and user needs.

You're competent to the core. You grasp the foundational principles of system architecture—from scalability to security to performance optimization and beyond.

You are persuasive with clients. Your presentations are compelling, insightful, and impactful. More importantly, you listen actively. It\'s how you always know the right questions to ask and the solutions to propose.

Required Skills

  • Technical Proficiency: A deep understanding of various technologies, programming languages, frameworks, architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, cloud computing, APIs), and platform expertise is essential.
  • Architectural Design: Ability to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable architectures that align with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Delivery Management: Managing projects effectively, including scope, timelines, resources, and balancing constraints in order to meet timeline and budget requirements is essential for successful solution delivery.
  • Client Consulting: Understanding client needs, industry dynamics, and business processes is essential for providing tailored solutions that drive value and meet specific client objectives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $186,433- $214,898 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
