is looking for a Growth & Data intern to help analyze customer data with an eye towards growth and customer acquisition while also learning to submit recommendations to grow the company based on critical analysis of data and the current acquisition funnels in place. Position: Growth & Analytics Intern

Day-to-day responsibilities might include: Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks Work closely with the Growth & Sales team to review customer acquisition data and onboarding numbers. Work closely with internal data engineer to get familiar with the Internal Klickly Dashboard (hosted on Metabase - our data visualization platform) and how to use Metabase to get specific data pulls. Updating documents and sales records. Reviewing sales performance against sales targets. Observing and carrying out sales processes. Use critical analysis to review customer data and come up with "recommendations" for brands to grow. Use critical analysis to extrapolate bottle-necks in the Klickly customer sales funnel Desired Experience & Skills:

Flawless written and oral communication skills. (Must be native-level English speaker.) Ability to follow detailed directions, plus impressive work ethic (we need hustlers; no-shows or "flaking" not tolerated). Comfortable with the best-practices and newest technologies around digital media. Proficient in Microsoft Office & G-Suite. Knowledge around Excel and/or Google Sheets is highly valuable. Familiarity with Keynote/Powerpoint, Metabase, HubSpot (CRM) a plus but not necessary. Flexible time commitment (3-5 days/week, Minimum of 12 hrs/week). We love driven people and can work with you, but you must be consistent and reliable.
