Key Responsibilities High-Volume Scribe Recruitment Active Sourcing: Manage the continuous recruitment cycle for Medical Scribes, including posting to niche boards and building relationships with local university pre-med and nursing programs. Screening & Vetting: Conduct initial interviews and technical screenings (medical terminology and typing proficiency) to ensure candidates can keep up in our active clinical environments. Pipeline Management: Maintain a "ready-to-hire" pool of candidates to stay ahead of the natural turnover associated with students moving on to advanced medical degrees. Full-Cycle Staffing for All Roles Diverse Recruiting: Handle the full recruitment lifecycle for various other roles, including Medical Assistants (MAs), Front Office Staff, Billing Specialists, and other administrative support. Collaborative Interviewing: Partner with leads in our clinical sites to understand specific staffing needs and ensure a good cultural and professional fit for each team. Job Board Management: Draft and maintain accurate, engaging job descriptions on Indeed via UKG PRO's applicant tracking system, LinkedIn, and healthcare-specific platforms. Onboarding & Administration Seamless Onboarding: Coordinate all post-offer activities, including background checks, drug screenings, and credentialing. Compliance Tracking: Ensure all new hires complete mandatory HIPAA training and clinical compliance documentation before their first day. HR Support: Assist the Director of Human Resources with employee relations, file maintenance, and special projects as needed. Required Qualifications Experience: 35 years of HR experience, ideally with a focus on recruitment in a medical or clinical setting. Industry Knowledge: Proven experience working within privately owned physician practices or outpatient clinics is a plus. Scribe Staffing: Specific experience or a strong understanding of high-volume clinical support recruitment. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent BPA professionally to candidates and physicians alike. Technical Skills: Proficiency with UKG Pro's Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the Microsoft Office/Teams/SharePoint workspace suites.
