In light of recent events, we are also committed to supporting the medical community by enhancing our Infection Control and Medical Protection product lines.

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Account Manager to bolster our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with key customers within the assigned region. This role requires strategic planning, market insight, and a commitment to understanding and addressing our clients' needs. The Regional Account Manager will play a crucial role in promoting our extensive range of products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving regional sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients in your region

Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for new business development

Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform sales tactics and product offerings

Regularly meet with clients to assess their needs and ensure the effective delivery of solutions

Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with sales objectives

Track sales performance and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management

Represent Ironwear at trade shows and networking events to enhance brand visibility

Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in the PPE or safety equipment field

Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets

Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in CRM software and sales data analysis

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
