Main Function Assist RPS to execute summer programming while observing and learning how student ministry functions within a team-led environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities Tier 1 // Assist 14 hours

Assist student staff in preparing environments for weekly services

Assist student staff in facilitating midweek programming

Assist student staff on one mission trip in the summer (if applicable)

Assist student staff at all summer events

Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Tier 2 // Learn 3 hours

Receive weekly classroom time with the Student Minister to talk about all things student ministry, curriculum TBD

Attend Monday intern community events

Complete all assigned readings

Tier 3 // Observe 3 hours

Participate in weekly RPS meetings

Assist in planning and executing RPS events

Remain above reproach in personal and ministry interactions
