Position Title:
Hybrid Personal Injury Paralegal
The Personal Injury Paralegal position plays a crucial role in supporting attorneys within a fast‑paced personal injury litigation environment. This role involves managing a substantial caseload, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining organization in a dynamic setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to case management. Working closely with clients who have experienced trauma may also be part of the responsibilities. The firm fosters a culture of independence and encourages team input, making it essential for candidates to be adaptable and collaborative.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of 50-70 personal injury and wrongful death cases
Support one or more attorneys by tracking deadlines and ensuring timely progress
Handle calendaring and e‑filing tasks
Prepare materials for trial
Assist in maintaining organized case files
Requirements
At least 2-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation
Plaintiff experience is required
Experience with calendaring and e‑filing
A paralegal certificate is a plus
Experience working with clients who have experienced trauma is preferred
Familiarity with community resources and referral processes is preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
