Internship Overview We are seeking a highly motivated
Business Development Intern
who is fluent in both
English and Chinese
to support our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in
fund marketing, investment immigration, and U.S. real estate projects . Interns will assist in identifying marketing channels, promoting investment projects, and engaging with potential investors.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in
market research
to identify new business opportunities, investor channels, and partnerships.
Support
fundraising and marketing efforts
for investment projects, including real estate and immigration-based investments.
Develop and maintain
marketing materials, presentations, and reports
to attract potential investors.
Conduct
financial and economic analysis
related to investment strategies and industry trends.
Assist in engaging with
Chinese-speaking investors and partners , ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Support social media, webinars, and other digital marketing campaigns to promote investment opportunities.
Provide general support in business development activities and investor relations.
Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency
in English and Chinese (both written and verbal).
Background in
Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Business-related fields
(Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing).
Basic understanding of the
U.S. real estate market
and investment principles.
Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with
financial modeling, real estate investment, or immigration programs
is a plus.
