Graphic Designer / Videographer
who understands that design is a performance function.
What This Role Really Is You will create high-impact assets that:
Stop the scroll Increase conversion rates Drive measurable sales growth
Your work will influence retail velocity, conversion performance, and brand perception.
This is not a support role. This is a performance role.
What You’ll Create Revenue-Driving Creative Premium packaging and label design Infographics that outperform category competitors Continuous optimization based on performance data
Video That Converts Concept, shoot, and edit product demos and ads Translate technical product features into compelling customer stories Create paid and organic social content that performs
End-to-End Execution Vendor coordination and production-ready files On-time delivery without sacrificing excellence
Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) 5+ years professional graphic design experience Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience required Physical product packaging experience required Experience filming and editing video required Strong understanding of conversion-driven design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Experience in competitive eCommerce (Amazon preferred)
