Qualifications
Current CA Commercial Real Estate License
Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial drive
The ability to work with a team as well as independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A keen sense of marketing and networking
Must have high attention to detail with analytical and problem‑solving skills
Skilled negotiator
Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office Suites & Adobe
Responsibilities
Identify high quality business opportunities via industry platform leads, phone calls, market research and targeted networking.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the industry professionals, including but not limited to clients, all levels of brokers and co‑brokers, as well as administrative professionals.
Regularly obtain and leverage local real estate and economic data.
Meet with existing and prospective clients.
Successfully represent sales and leasing transactions.
Host and attend tours of commercial properties, industry networking events.
Present marketing sales/lease proposal to clients.
