Role Summary Our client, a healthcare services provider specializing in home health–related care, is seeking a Sales Representative with strong marketing capabilities to support business development across portions of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. This role focuses on building referral relationships, expanding market presence, and driving growth for home health and related clinical services. The position requires a proactive professional who can develop partnerships within the healthcare community and execute effective outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and outreach strategies to meet growth targets within the assigned territory.

Identify and cultivate new referral and partnership opportunities through research, networking, and community engagement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community partners.

Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility and service adoption.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform outreach strategies.

Prepare and deliver presentations to healthcare partners and referral sources.

Track sales and outreach performance metrics and report progress toward territory goals.

Represent the organization professionally within the healthcare community.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or sales, preferably within home health services.

Strong relationship-building and community outreach capabilities.

Ability to market services proactively while maintaining professionalism and tact with healthcare partners and community stakeholders.

Knowledge of general business and corporate management principles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Demonstrated professionalism, flexibility, and collaboration in day-to-day responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting or marketing services such as hospice care, home health services, or infusion therapies (e.g., IVIG).

Established relationships within local healthcare referral networks.
