TS Banking Group is seeking to hire a

Credit OperationsSpecialist II . This position is responsible for preparingloan documents and supporting documentation for all loan types in theCredit Operations department.

Education and/or experience preferred: High school diploma or generaleducation degree (GED) plus additional bank related training; at leastthree years related experience and/or training; or equivalentcombination of education and experience.

Experience inConsumer Real Estate loan documents preparation.

Experience and Skills:

Process documentation for loan requests secured by commercial,agricultural and consumer loans, including real estate property.Assist lenders with coordination of and the execution ofparticipation agreements, closing documents and disbursements withparticipating bank, including tracking payments and reportsforall purchased participations. Participation loans may include SBAloan processing.

Process boarding and funding requests for executed loansutilizing bank's core system. Includes scanning document, fileretention, collateral perfection and loan maintenance requests.Role also supports charge-off and non-accrual loans.

Create, modify and review exception reports for ticklers.Collect and correct items needed.

Work with attorney or title company for loan closing.

Maintain client forms, modify and/or add form definitions each quarter.

Maintain accounts utilized to support fees accruedfor collateral perfection.

Key SBA payments into core system.

Ability to perform all other duties as assigned.

Comply with all banking and company regulations, policies, and procedures.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability toeffectively present information and respond to questions fromemployees of company and the general public. Must possess goodcommunication skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, anddivide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, commonfractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, andpercent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Ability to operate the following: telephone, personal computer,printer, copy machine, fax machine. Working knowledge of wordprocessing, spreadsheet, and database software programs. AdvancedPC knowledge beneficial.

To effectively perform the job, must have reliabletransportation to travel to and from work and other work-relatedevents, meetings, interactions with clients, etc.
