
Senior Visual Merchandising Executive SEA

The Role
The Senior Visual Merchandising Executive supports the expression of the Charlotte Tilbury brand across Southeast Asia and India. This role is responsible for executing regional VM plans, adapting global guidelines, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring consistent on-counter excellence across all retail touchpoints.
Working closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager SEA, this position plays a key role in campaign execution, planogram creation, store openings, and day-to-day VM operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, aesthetic sensibility, hands‑on execution capability, and the ability to collaborate across teams and markets in a fast‑paced environment.
This role reports to the Senior Store Design & VM Manager SEA and partners regularly with the Global and APAC VM teams.
Key Responsibilities Visual Merchandising Execution
Adapt and implement global VM guidelines for SEA and India markets.
Prepare VM toolkits, planograms, merchandising plates, and counter guidelines.
Support campaign rollouts including production follow‑up, delivery checks, and installation coordination.
Ensure consistent brand expression across all retail environments including free‑standing stores, department store counters, Sephora gondola, multi‑brand boutiques.
Planning and Operational Support
Prepare VM requirements for new launches, animations, PR events, and seasonal updates.
Assist in planning and executing VM for new store and counter openings.
Track and manage VM assets, fixtures, and display elements across markets.
Supplier and Retailer Coordination
Prepare supplier briefs, review drawings, prototypes, and print proofs.
Coordinate with vendors, installers, and logistics partners on project timelines.
Support on‑site installation supervision when required.
Store Standards and Training Support
Conduct regular store visits to audit standards, identify brand expression gaps and propose continuous improvements
Support VM training and capability building for retail teams to ensure consistency on counter execution and brand storytelling
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Store Design, Marketing, Commercial, Education and Retail Operations teams to align messaging, assortment, and execution priorities
Coordinate with Global VM teams to share insights, provide feedback and request region specific adaptations
Some attributes we are looking for
Degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Architecture, Interior Design or related design field preferred
Minimum 3 years experience in visual merchandising or store experience design, preferably within beauty, luxury or lifestyle retail
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and AutoCAD or equivalent 3D modelling and technical drawing tools
Strong sense of aesthetics and ability to translate brand guidelines into clear, executable VM plans
Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and highly organised with strong project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple timelines and markets with agility
Fluent in English
