Implant Relationship Manager
to serve as the connective force between referring dentists, patients, and our surgical team. In this role, you will help patients confidently move forward with implant treatment while building meaningful professional relationships throughout the dental community.

dental assisting, treatment coordination, or healthcare patient care
and enjoy educating, guiding, and supporting people through important decisions, this role offers a unique next step in your career.
You will spend time both
in the field collaborating with partner practices
and
inside the clinic supporting implant patients , ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service and clinical excellence.
Local travel required (approximately 60–75%).
What You’ll Do Build Trusted Referral Partnerships
Visit referring dental practices to strengthen professional relationships
Serve as a reliable resource for doctors and their teams
Support communication between referring offices and specialists
Coordinate meetings, educational visits, and appreciation events
Share clinical updates, case collaboration opportunities, and resources
Identify ways to improve referral workflows and partnership experience
Guide Implant Patients Through Treatment
Act as a primary point of contact from consultation through final restoration
Educate patients on procedures, timelines, and treatment value
Present treatment plans and financial options clearly and compassionately
Reduce treatment delays through consistent follow-up
Coordinate scheduling across surgical and restorative providers
Advocate for patients throughout complex treatment journeys
Support Education & Professional Growth
Assist with study clubs, CE programs, and educational events
Coordinate logistics, attendance, and follow-up communication
Facilitate collaboration between restorative dentists and specialists
Help expand implant knowledge within partner offices
Align surgeons, clinical staff, labs, and scheduling teams
Maintain accurate case tracking and communication
Participate in planning meetings focused on growth and patient experience
Identify workflow improvements that enhance care delivery
Track Progress & Impact
Monitor referral activity and relationship engagement
Support implant case acceptance and completion tracking
Maintain organized outreach and follow-up systems
Contribute insights that help guide practice growth strategies
