
Client Relationship Manager

Elite Austin is a design studio specializing in luxury home staging, furniture leasing, and furniture sales. While our focus has been in Austin, we are now expanding our services into other major Texas cities, including Dallas and Houston. We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join the Client Services team and strategically deepen relationships with Realtors and luxury multi‑family leasing teams while supporting the continued growth of our Home Staging and Concierge Furnishing services.
This role is ideal for a polished, relationship‑driven professional who enjoys in‑person outreach, cultivating long‑term relationships, thoughtful client communication, and representing a premium brand in the marketplace. The Client Relationship Manager will generate new high‑value relationships throughout Texas, steward existing partnerships, and guide select Home Staging and Concierge Furnishing leads through the sales pipeline with exceptional service. During peak periods, this role will also provide targeted administrative support to help maintain responsiveness across the Client Services team.
Compensation
Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and in line with market standards
Base salary + commission structure
Commission is earned through new business generation and Elite Austin’s total revenue performance
Compensation and role scope can be reviewed at 6 and 12 months based on impact
