[HCM] Business Development Intern
Position Description
Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential partners in Vietnam through phone calls and emails under guidance.
Support market research activities to gather information about client industries and key local market players.
Project Management
Help track project timelines, scopes, and client requirements to support smooth project progress.
Attend project meetings to take notes and assist with documentation and communication.
Customer and Partner Relations
Assist in scheduling and coordinating business meetings and partner interactions.
Support relationship‑building efforts by preparing meeting materials and follow‑up communications.
Project Coordination
Work closely with different teams to support project delivery and meet project goals.
Monitor and report on project status and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Position Requirement
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Basic understanding of business development and project coordination concepts.
Comfortable making phone calls and communicating professionally in Vietnamese.
Eagerness to learn, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in English (Written and Listening).
Commitment And Entitlement
Working with a dynamic environment, professional clients.
Working time: Monday – Friday ; from 8:30AM to 5:30PM.
Working location: HCM office: Sala Urban Center, No. 21‑23, B4 street, An Loi Dong ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city.
This intern role offers the opportunity for promotion to a full‑time Business Development Executive position.
