We’re looking for a creative, visually driven storyteller who understands fashion, culture, and the coastal lifestyle that defines our brand.

This role is for someone who doesn’t just work in fashion—they live the aesthetic. Someone who notices great style on the street, saves inspiring imagery constantly, and understands how a brand should feel visually and culturally.

What You’ll Do: You’ll help shape how the Electric & Rose world comes to life visually and culturally.

Responsibilities include:

Creating compelling content for social, campaigns, and digital storytelling

Collaborating on creative direction for brand shoots and seasonal campaigns

Developing content that captures the Electric & Rose aesthetic and lifestyle

Helping grow and engage our community through authentic storytelling

Working closely with the founders and creative team to evolve the brand’s visual identity

Staying tuned into cultural and fashion trends that align with the Electric & Rose ethos

Who You Are? You’re creative, culturally aware, and have a strong eye for aesthetics.

You likely have experience in fashion, lifestyle brands, content creation, or creative direction—but more importantly, you have taste.

You understand how to translate lifestyle and emotion into imagery and storytelling.

You have a strong visual eye and creative instincts

Role

Manage all social media platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, and any emerging platforms to grow the followers and engagement across all platforms.

Manage Influencer Outreach and UGC.

Manage Community relations and engage with followers to grow the brand and community.

Create, plan and execute all aspects of the Company’s graphic, video, photography, and copy content for Social Media.

Manage social media marketing calendar and guide weekly content creation based on follower growth & engagement, as well as e‑comm inventory and sales goals.

Manage the grid layout, stories, reels, etc to grow engagement.

Coordinate with e‑commerce team on email marketing content and distribution for social media.

Manage social media collaborations and give aways.

Manage weekly reporting of social analytics.

Strive to improve new and emerging tools on all social platforms to enhance the user experience and create unique social content.

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or equivalent preferred.

Skilled in content creation (Reels, Stories, TikTok, etc) Video editing, photography, graphics, copy.

Thorough knowledge and understanding of the principles of advertising, marketing and digital media.

3-5 years experience in the digital space and a solid understanding of and actively engaged in using social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.)

Well‑versed in digital media and social media metrics and monitoring tools.

Experience in successfully concepting and managing strategic social marketing projects.

Resourceful self‑starter, with a can‑do attitude that thrives in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment.

Strategic thinker willing to push the envelope and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life.

Works well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of accountability.

Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with great attention to detail.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint with the ability to convey concepts and information in a succinct and visually compelling way.

Well organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
