Paradigm Mechanical Corporation is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Estimator to join our team. With over 15 years serving Southern California’s mechanical needs—and now with major multi-year NAVFAC contracts—this is your chance to step into a role that blends technical expertise with the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do
Participate in job walks and pre-bid meetings to fully understand project scope.
Analyze each project as a challenge—develop creative, competitive solutions.
Review plans, specifications, and perform material takeoffs.
Source, evaluate, and confirm vendor and subcontractor quotes.
Assemble and present accurate, professional proposals for new and existing clients.
Estimate JOC and MACC projects ranging from $500K to $5M.
Utilize estimating tools such as FASTEst, RS Means, and Excel.

What You’ll Bring
3+ years of estimating experience.
Proficiency in the preparation of large and complex bid proposals of all types.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Must work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to effectively manage time and details.
Must interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Must have organizational skills in handling & archiving technical data.
Percurrent experience preferred.
