This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to leverage their expertise in benefits and onboarding, and make a significant impact on our organization. The Consulting HR Director will play a critical role in shaping our company's future by ensuring we attract, retain, and develop the best talent in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, a strategic mindset, and a passion for making a difference. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. 3. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. 4. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. 5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. 6. Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining a keen understanding of the company culture and work to foster employee engagement. 7. Oversee and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and in line with industry standards. 8. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. 9. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. 10. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Qualifications: 1. Proven 5+ years of experience as an HR director or similar HR role in the Accounting and Finance industry. 2. In-depth knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development, employee relations, etc.) 3. Demonstrable experience with benefits administration and onboarding. 4. Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives. 5. Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations. 6. Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices. 7. A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element. 8. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting. 9. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. 10. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. 11. Diligent and firm with high ethical standards. 12. BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus. 13. HR certifications (e.g. PHR, SPHR) will be a plus. Interested in hearing more?
