We’re looking for a detail-oriented
Amazon Brand Manager
who understands the Seller Central ecosystem and enjoys solving complex problems.
Role Overview The Amazon Brand Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing multiple Amazon seller accounts. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot Amazon platform issues while driving sales performance through advertising and listing optimization.
The ideal candidate is someone who:
Is comfortable navigating Amazon’s constantly changing platform
Enjoys solving complicated problems
Can spot data inconsistencies quickly
Is proactive and highly organized
Thrives in a fast-moving e-commerce environment
Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations within
Amazon Seller Central
Maintain and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, keywords, images, backend attributes)
Monitor catalog health and resolve listing issues
Correct incorrect Amazon catalog changes (brand name changes, wrong attributes, merged listings, etc.)
Communicate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve account or listing issues
Ensure product data is accurate and consistent
Address Amazon AI-driven catalog changes and incorrect data assignments
Manage category changes, product variations, and suppressed listings
Help maintain compliance with Amazon policies and product requirements
Track sales, advertising performance, and listing metrics
Provide insights and recommendations to improve account performance
Identify trends, issues, and opportunities within accounts
Qualifications
Experience working in
Amazon Seller Central
Experience managing product listings and catalog data
Ability to troubleshoot Amazon listing and account issues
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics
High attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Familiarity with bulk uploads, flat files, and catalog management
Background in e-commerce or digital marketing
Working knowledge of Excel
