What You’ll Do
Recruit, train, and lead a team of roofing sales representatives
Manage daily sales activity and performance tracking
Run sales meetings, ride-alongs, and coaching sessions
Help close deals and support reps in the field
Build a strong sales culture focused on accountability and growth
Work closely with leadership to hit company revenue goals
Requirements
Proven experience in sales leadership or roofing sales
Strong recruiting and team-building ability
Ability to coach sales reps and improve close rates
Organized, competitive, and goal-driven
Comfortable managing CRM and sales metrics
