B2B Outside Sales Representative (Commercial Dept.) (Sales)
As part of the Orkin Commercial sales team, you will sell Orkin’s pest‑control products and services to a variety of industries.

Responsibilities As an Outside Sales Rep, you will:
Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
Conduct yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity when interacting with customers and co‑workers.
Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by recommending innovative solutions using in‑depth training.
Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
Conduct inspections of interior and exterior commercial properties and provide recommendations.
Prepare sales agreements and maintain organized records with provided iPads.

Estimated first‑year earnings: $60,000 – $120,000 USD annually.
Base salary plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications
No experience required – sales experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.
Physical Demands / Working Conditions
Use ladders within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftop safely.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) – including an OSHA‑compliant respirator if required.
Work in various weather conditions.
