You will support the land acquisition and development team. This company is experiencing explosive growth and there will be many opportunities for advancement. This is not a remote role. This is real estate developer. They work in the office or in the field.
Ideal Candidate
College Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related discipline with a passion for real estate. Experience underwriting real estate acquisitions (preferably in raw land, SFR, or MF, will consider CRE backgrounds too.) Skilled at Financial Analysis and working within Microsoft Excel to perform modeling, market data, and financial reporting. Basic knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of real estate, development budgets, market analysis, etc. Responsibilities
You will underwrite new acquisitions as well as continue reporting and tracking these projects through completion. Full 360 view from initial underwriting through development and sale which is excellent exposure to various growth paths. I can't stress how good the growth opportunities are with this company!
